 The Bow Lady™ Small Kelly™ style hair bows are hand-tied to perfection using 1-1/2" quality grosgrain ribbon, measure approximately 2-1/2" across, and fasten with a clippie. The Bow Lady clippie is of superior quality and holds in even the thinnest and finest hair (not all clippies are created equal). Small Kelly bows can be clipped directly to the hair or can be interchanged on any infant/baby headband. Small bows are available in over 100 colors including solids, dots, stripes, gingham checks, velvets and novelty patterns.
